In March 2010, The U.S.Government Office of Science and Technology Policy and National Economic Council issued a Request For Information (RFI) from the pubic. The questions ranged from entrepreneurial education, technology clusters, and proof of concept center operations and "gap funding." I sincerely hope some of my opinions, observations and experienced suggestions are helpful for all managers engaged in these activities.
